Frontend Product Manager

The ideal candidate will be a proactive, organized, and reliable individual with experience in managing multiple websites within a product management role. Passionate about digital marketing, the candidate should have a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage a significant workload, balancing multiple tasks to consistently improve sales performance and the user experience of the websites in their portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Product Manager, the individual will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of websites, working closely with various teams to improve website rankings, quality, and conversions.

• Collaborate with SEO, Content, Sales, and Product Teams to manage roadmaps and backlogs for the websites, aligning them with business goals, strategies, and priorities.
• Work with UX and UI designers, as well as other Product Managers, to develop visually appealing and user-friendly websites.
• Define new functional requirements and translate them into relevant user stories or requests for technical teams.
• Coordinate website updates and new releases with Product teams and stakeholders, ensuring all changes are well-documented and communicated.
• Author and maintain feature and business logic documentation for all websites in the portfolio.
• Conduct regular audits and quality checks on the websites, addressing any issues and ensuring timely resolution with the respective teams.
• Perform competitive analysis, heatmap analysis, and A/B testing to enhance the quality and conversion rate of websites.
• Stay up to date with regulations across all markets to ensure website compliance at all times.
• Keep abreast of trends in digital marketing and the iGaming industry.
• Perform any additional ad-hoc tasks necessary for the successful execution of the role.

Required Qualifications:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Previous experience in a website/front-end-related role, preferably within digital marketing.
• Experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of SEO and Content Management.
• Proficiency in HTML and CSS, with the ability to troubleshoot using browser tools.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a strong problem-solving attitude.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Experience with A/B testing and using analytics tools such as GA4.
• Strong team player who actively contributes to the broader organizational goals.
• Knowledge and experience in Casino, Sportsbook, and/or Digital Marketing is a plus.
