Qualifications:
β Masterβs Degree in Speech-Language Pathology (required)
β ASHA Clinical Fellowship eligibility
β Preferred but not required: Bilingual in Korean or Spanish

What Youβll Do (Responsibilities)
πΉ Provide dynamic assessments and therapy for patients across the lifespan with speech, language, and feeding/swallowing disorders
πΉ Develop individualized treatment plans with functional, evidence-based goals
πΉ Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, therapy sessions, and progress reports
πΉ Educate and counsel patients and caregivers, ensuring understanding of therapy goals and progress
πΉ Collaborate with health professionals and interdisciplinary teams to support patient care
πΉ Participate in weekly team meetings for case discussions and professional development
πΉ Lead and assist in group social skills therapy for neurodiverse school-aged children with ASD
πΉ Conduct outpatient screenings and school-based therapy services
About the Clinical Fellowship (CFY)
The Clinical Fellowship (CF) experience bridges the gap between graduate training and independent clinical practice. This program includes:
π A minimum of 1,260 hours (at least 36 weeks full-time or part-time equivalent)
π Guidance from ASHA-Certified Clinical Supervisors who adhere to ASHA guidelines
π Training, clinical education, and licensing support for New Jersey & New York
