Role Scope
A Project Manager is a professional in charge of the projects assigned in order to be on time and within budget.
Role and Responsibilities:
· Project task: Manage and coordinate PV Solar Park, ensuring that all activities are carried out efficiently and within the project schedule.
· Budget: Ensure adherence to the project budget and financial goals.
· Team Supervision: Oversee and manage external teams involved in the project.
· Safety: Ensure compliance with safety regulations on construction sites during the installation process.
· Reporting: Monitor project progress and prepare periodic reports for company management.
Requirements:
· Education: Degree in Engineering or equivalent qualification.
· Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in managing PV Solar Park.
· Technical Skills: Knowledge of solar energy regulations and safety standards
· Soft Skills: Leadership, problem-solving, team management, and excellent communication skills.
