Job Description:
As a member of our recreation team, you will be responsible for all safety aspects of the swimming pool and the use of its facilities, including cleanliness and upkeep. You will also be responsible for assisting in setup of events, organizing event supplies, assisting in seasonal recreation operations, and working with our recreation managers.
Accountability:
- Have exceptional knowledge of lifeguard safety and be able to apply first aid when needed.
- Maintain Cleanliness of the Pool.
- Have superior customer service skills, always putting the members and guests first.
- Maintain cleanliness of Pool House.
- Hit individual & Safety goals.

- Ability to work actively throughout the shift
- Ability to adapt effectively to changing situations, especially during events
Requirements:
- Events can be unpredictable, so adaptability and the ability to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, are necessary.
- Teamwork skills are essential
- Exceptional customer service skills
- A keen eye for detail to ensure that every aspect of the event runs smoothly and as planned
- Must be able to lift and move objects up to 25lb
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 38 per week
