Job Title:
Men’s Locker Room Attendant
Reports to:
Director of Golf
Description
Manage the service of members and guests in the Men’s Locker Room. Greet members and guests, and maintain order and cleanliness so satisfactory standards are consistently attained.
Success Profile:
- Customer Service:
- Greets members and guests
- Ensures the safety and security of all members’ and guests’ personal property.
- Issues lockers, keys, towels, etc. to members and guests as needed.
- Maintains a list of occupied lockers; provides a billing list to the accounting office.
- Maintains an inventory of supplies and linens.
- Interacts with the purchasing department to purchase locker-room linens and supplies as needed.
- Inspects all of the locker room area to ensure proper appearance, maintenance, cleanliness and safety.
- Assures that tasks are completed as required.
- Enforces established rules, regulations and policies.
- Assures that all safety, accident and emergency policies and procedures are consistently followed.

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with club members, guests, and other staff.
- Willingness to commit to the time demands of the role, which can include early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
- Team player with a positive attitude who will present a positive image of the Club.
- Proactively and effectively diagnoses, prioritizes, and solves issues.
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs.
- Experience with cleaning or janitorial work, with strong organizational skills
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
