Position Description: Performs a variety of tasks related to the initial determination (per established Federal and State guidelines) and on-going eligibility of clients for income maintenance programs and services including cash, food, child care assistance and medical; communicates program requirements; supports clients in achieving the highest degree of independence and in addressing barriers to self-sufficiency; interpret and implement the appropriate program to apply to each client case; provides enrollment and assistance to managed health care enrollees; makes appropriate referrals to other community resources and/or to other agency departments.To view the job description, click here.
