Position: USASAC Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Performs a variety of complex and routine administrative and secretarial duties; includes answers and directs phone calls, organizes, and schedules appointments and meetings, maintains contact lists, produces and distributes correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms, and assists with the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Other duties as assigned
- A minimum of three (3) years of experience with administrative assistant responsibilities.
- Functional knowledge of Microsoft Office and SharePoint, Government travel, and time and attendance reporting systems.
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Active Interim Secret Clearance or above is required at the time of hire.
