We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Officer to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing and overseeing multiple projects, analyzing data, and implementing process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the successful completion of assigned projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
- Analyze project requirements, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including program managers and contractors.
- Recruit and train personnel as needed to support project goals.
- Serve as a technical expert on project-related matters, providing guidance and support to team members.
Requirements
- Master's degree in a field related to logistics, program management, or a technical discipline.
- At least 10 years of experience in a senior project officer role, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
- Active Department of Defense Secret or Interim Secret Security Clearance.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
