Overview :
JOB TITLE : VTC Engineer
GOVERNMENT AGENCY : DOJ EOIR
POSITION INFORMATION : Full-time
LOCATION : Falls Church, VA; Hybrid (3 days onsite / 2 days telework); initial 30-60 days will be 100% onsite due to current DOJ EOIR policy
HOURS : 10 : 00AM-7 : 00PM
POSITION TIMING : Position requires candidate to obtain a DOJ Public Trust clearance which can take 4-6 weeks to process and must be complete prior to starting employement

Currently, ITC Federal is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Video Teleconference (VTC) Engineer in the Falls Church / Alexandria, VA area.

Responsibilities : RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Contribute as member of the VTC engineering cell.
- Plans, evaluates, and / or coordinates the installation of local and / or remote equipment such video endpoints, work with onsite technicians.
- Implement VTC upgrades, perform new installations, and modify existing provisioning on multiple models of VTC collaboration endpoints (EQ, RoomKit, SX80, and DX80).
- Support local and remote customers with technical issues over phone / conference platforms or in person, work with ticketing system to ensure issues are addressed efficiently in a timely manner.

WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS : Candidate must be able to function in general office environment.
