Role - Sr. Executive (Immigration)

Job Description:
- Oversee the US operations from onshore
- To ensure H1B CAP registrations during the CAP cycle, check the status and publish the report.
- To ensure timely filing of applications to the USCIS, track receipts, approval copies. Update the same in trackers. Publish trackers on a periodic basis.
- To ensure that extensions are filed in time to ensure employees, their dependents do not go out of status.
- Liase with attorneys to ensure filing, in collection of receipts, approvals.
- Maintain and update relevant trackers in the Share point / drive.
- Maintain and update all receipts, approvals, complete petition documents in the share point / drive.
- To ensure that PAFs (Public access files) are correct and current at any given point in time.
- To ensure that the data of the employees are maintained and necessary reports to be published to the concerned.
- To ensure compliance to the laws/regulations of United states.
- To ensure timely updation of SOPs/BoK (Book of Knowledge), Checklists based on changes in law/regulations from time to time.
- Liase with various stake holders in the Organization to achieve the desired objectives, Hand hold employees when necessary in filing of applications.
- Vendor Management - To ensure that agreements/contracts are in place with vendors from whom immigration services are availed. Process invoice for payments, maintain tracker and publish the same.
- Assist in audits, provide required information, trackers, clarify if any queries from the auditors.
- Assist and collate info as required to file PERM, applications, H1B, L1, TN, E3 and/or any other applications
- Follow up s, status checks to be conducted periodically of all applications, RFEs, NOID, NOIRs etc filed with authorities.
