Role - Technical Program Manager

Job Description:
We are looking to hire a strong technical PM who thrives in fast-paced environments, can manage through ambiguity and complexity, create new processes, and simultaneously support multiple projects and teams impacting a growing global organization.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Effectively plan, manage and deliver technology projects with agreed upon scope, timeline and budget.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure solutions meet timeline and business goals.
- Determine resource needs, assigning individual tasks and responsibilities to project team, and developing schedule to ensure timely completion of project.
- Assemble resources and key decision makers from across the organization as needed to deliver defined scope of work and support through go live.
- Utilize project management tools, methods and best practices to assemble project plans that align with expectations of stakeholders and meet business needs.
Qualifications, Skills, Experience and Personal Requirements:
- 8 years in IT; 5 years of project management experience; retail experience preferred.
- Should have strong data background along with project management.
- At least 5 years of work experience specific to the role of Scrum Master
- Experience working with both agile and waterfall delivery methodologies. (SAFe is a bonus)
- Demonstrated experience in managing $500k budgets.
- Ability to successfully manage large teams with competing priorities within deadlines in a complex and rapidly evolving organization.
- Proven experience with enterprise systems (ERP) and application implementation.
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) and collaborative
- Ability to harbor trust and build a space for inclusivity
- Must Have: Demonstrated experience of technology tools, including Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, SharePoint; must have proven track record of supporting large or multiple scrum teams at a time
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary.
- Desired: Experience with cloud technologies AWS (Amazon Web Services)
- Desired: Agile certifications (ACP, CSM, CSPO, CSP, CDAP, PSM/PSPO, SAFe)
- Desired: Working experience with Anaplan
