SAP Cutover Lead

• 20 years of SAP consulting experience of which 5 years’ experience in leading Data migration & Cutover activities.
• Must have individually led a full scale S4 cutover across all the functional areas
• Should have S4HANA project experience
• Should have Rollout project experience
• Should be able to define the Data migration strategy and explain it to business
• Should be able to define the data dependencies
• Should be able to provide guidance to business on open transaction data
• Should be able to create a complete cutover plan which includes data cutover and system readiness
• Analyze the impact of Blackout period during cutover and work with Business to define ways to reduce the impact
• Perform Mock cutover, identify the issues and work towards resolution
• Provide monitoring and tracking metrics
• Should Liaise with different business user communities
• Conduct Go – No Go meeting
• Should have SAP Consulting experience in Manufacturing industry projects
• Should have decent idea OTC, STP, FTP, ITD, QM, PM, FICO, PLM workstreams of S4HANA
• Should have knowledge on LTMC
• Should have excellent communication skills
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, managing LOB heads
• Work on the Risk & Mitigation plans, manage dependencies, 3rd party coordination
• Knowledge on SAP RISE and should be able to liaise with SAP for any issues
