ITC is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated AV Equipment Rental Specialist to support our Warehouse Manager in delivering high-quality audio-visual equipment for live events. This hands-on role is essential to ensure our equipment is ready, functional, and organized to meet the demands of our clients and event teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Equipment Preparation : Assist with the testing, cleaning, and staging of audio, video, and lighting equipment for rentals.
- Quality Control : Perform inspections to ensure all equipment meets performance standards before and after use.
- Inventory Management : Track and maintain accurate inventory records using rental software (Flex Rental Solutions preferred).
- Check-In / Check-Out Processes : Coordinate the packing, loading, and return of equipment for events, ensuring timely and organized operations.
- Repairs and Maintenance : Identify equipment issues and collaborate with the Warehouse Manager on repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Warehouse Organization : Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace, optimizing storage and labeling systems.
- Collaboration : Work closely with logistics, production, and technical teams to fulfill event requirements.
- Safety Compliance : Follow safety guidelines and assist in ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
