What You’ll Do
- Lead the strategy and execution of in-person, virtual, and hybrid corporate events
- Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and develop a full production plan, including messaging, visuals, and experiential components
- Oversee all event elements, including general sessions, screens content creation (video production, graphics), keynote scripting, breakouts, branding, keynote scripting, video production, and post-event deliverables
- Guide presenters and speakers to ensure they are comfortable and prepared
- Manage content and have a plan for version control during pre-production and on-site
- Handle production budgets, run-of-show creation, crew scheduling, and logistics
- Work alongside fabrication, technical, and creative teams to align scenic, technical, and creative elements within timelines and budgets
- Adapt quickly to changing needs and challenges, ensuring smooth execution at every stage
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree
- 4-6 years of experience producing live events for audiences of 50–5000
- Experience in live events, general sessions, breakouts, video production, or live television
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to confidently manage clients, vendors, and teams under pressure
- Exceptional communication and organization skills
- Proven experience managing budgets and change orders
- Ability to travel 30-40% of the time
- Be proficient in content oversight and management
- A self-starter with strong multitasking skills and a team-first mindset
- Candidates local to St. Louis, Missouri preferred
