The Senior Project Manager, Loyalty CRM supports Loyalty and CRM marketing with the goal of engaging customers throughout their journey with company to drive retention, increase frequency and lifetime value (LTV), while strengthening their relationship to the brand. This is a unique opportunity to blend relevant content marketing, email strategy, and digital personalization to create unique journeys for customers.
This position reports to the Director, Loyalty CRM. You will be responsible for CRM and Lifecycle marketing, personalization strategy and loyalty communications. The ideal candidate couples marketing strategies with strong technical and analytical skills with deep expertise in Sales Force Marketing Cloud and a focus on driving efficient, high-quality campaign execution.
Responsibilities : Promotion Offers
- Support CRM promotion strategy that considers cross-functional implications aroundmarketing segmentation, and post-promotion analysis.
- Build and launch CRM promotions and personalized recommendations partnering with cross- functional teams and vendors to bring vision to life with flawless execution.
- Support sitewide offers and promotions via cross-functional commercialization planning to amplify with customer email and SMS.
- Write strategic creative briefs for campaigns
Analytics / Reporting & Operations
Develop a deep understanding of customers through data analysis and review of acquisition sources, order patterns, cohort behavior, and churnDefine key metrics for success, develop dashboards, monitor, and report regularly to business stakeholders.Create and manage metrics, develop goals to drive impact, and implement scorecards to monitor, measure, and report on progress.Pull and evaluate data to inform prioritization, execute campaigns, report on test results and learnings, and recommend next steps.Develop test plans for new campaigns using holdout groups, audience sizing, and conversion rate estimations.Experience with A / B testing and are always looking for your next opportunity to drive marketing results.A track-record of managing and executing marketing operations that support life-cycle journeys and campaigns.Q / A Set up and QA campaigns or promotions and engage in other executional work as needed.Qualifications :
6 years in analytical / strategic marketing roles, preferably with a background in CRM, customer analytics, retention marketing, marketing or customer strategyExperience in DTC E-Commerce is strongly preferred; even better if you have experience in a subscription businessExperience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or equivalent platformExperience with creative briefing and project management processAttention to detail, organized, proactive, and reliableHighly independent and not afraid of taking responsibility.Strong project management skills, communication skills, and a no-task too-small mentality.Strong data and analytical skills — using and interpreting data and analytics to quantify an improve marketing resultsAn eagerness to learn about new business models and tackle strategic issues.Extensive knowledge of email service provider platforms and tools.Well-versed in direct marketing fundamentals, email marketing industry standards and email best practices. Includes user list management, knowledge of dynamic content within email and logic-based systems.Exceptional project management skills, extremely organized, dependable and self-motivated with the ability to excel in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.Experience working cross functionally with Creative and Digital Product, or similar teams.Working knowledge of HTML SQL a plus
