As an early team member, you'll play a foundational role in building our product from the ground up, shaping our engineering culture, and driving technical execution.
The Role
We're looking for a scrappy, self-driven Founding Fullstack Engineer who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys working across the stack. You'll be responsible for architecting and building core features, ensuring a seamless user experience, and making key technical decisions that will define platform.
What You'll Do
- Own the fullstack development of our platform, from backend data pipelines to frontend user interfaces.
- Build & scale core product features using Python (FastAPI), React (TypeScript), and Postgres .
- Develop & optimize our data architecture, ensuring seamless performance and scalability.
- Lead early-stage technical decisions and establish engineering best practices.
- Deploy & automate infrastructure with AWS, Docker, and Terraform for efficient scaling.
- Work closely with the founding team to define product roadmap and user experience.
- Move fast & iterate -be comfortable working in ambiguity and taking ownership of outcomes.
