Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Compliance Officer to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Perform consumer compliance reviews/testing at a transactional level for banking and financial services products.
Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree in Finance or Business Administration.
- Knowledge of Banking and Financial products - such as Credit Card, Deposits etc.
- Regulations: Reg Z, Reg E, Truth in Lending Act, Record Retention, CAN SPAM Act, Children Online Privacy Act, Credit Bureau Reporting, Fair Credit reporting Act.
- Proficient in using MS Office Suite.
- Experience in consumer compliance related domain within the banking sector.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
