Role: Project Manager

The PM will act as the primary liaison between MSOS personnel and third-party development teams, ensuring smooth communication, coordination, and project execution. While Campaign Finance & Lobbying will be largely managed by the Division Head for Elections, the PM will provide project management support. The Business Services & Filings project will require the PM’s primary focus, as it has the largest scope and complexity.
Required Skills/Experience
- 5 years of project management experience, preferably in government or technology-related projects.
- Experience managing software development projects and vendor relationships.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, JIRA, or equivalent).
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- PMP, CAPM, or other relevant project management certification.
- Experience with state government agencies or regulatory environments.
- Familiarity with business registration, filing systems, or campaign finance processes
