OVERVIEW
The Software Architect will design and develop new capabilities or major enhancements for existing software on the Enterprise Platform. This role involves providing architectural, interoperability, and product fit assessment recommendations for task order projects, both specific and global. The Software Architect will address systems integration challenges across multiple platforms, collaborating with platform architects, task order-level architects, application developers, and government customers to provide best-practice recommendations. The position also requires conducting feasibility analysis and offering implementation strategy recommendations for future projects.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and develop software enhancements and new capabilities for the Enterprise Platform.
- Provide architectural recommendations and solutions for platform interoperability and integration.
- Collaborate with platform and task order architects, government customers, and application developers to implement best practices.
- Conduct feasibility analysis for potential projects and provide strategic recommendations.
- Ensure project completion and adherence to deadlines while addressing problems of systems integration and compatibility across various platforms.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
