Our client, a distinguished AmLaw 100 law firm, is seeking a dedicated Staff Attorney to join their Banking & Financial Services Litigation Team in North Jersey South Jersey , or Philadelphia . This full-time position offers the opportunity to represent lenders in mortgage foreclosure actions while working closely with experienced attorneys in a collaborative and dynamic environment.This is a non-partnership track position.
Candidate Profile :
- JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
- Bar Admission in relevant jurisdiction.
- 2–4 years of substantiveexperience representing lenders in mortgage foreclosure actions
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Experience handling all phases of foreclosure litigation , including pleadings, motion practice, and client communications.
- Bankruptcy experience is a plus
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented setting.
