Role - APIGEE Architect
Location: Tampa FL, Dallas TX, Jersey City, NJ Type: Contract
Architect and develop secure, scalable RESTful and GraphQL APIs
Lead API projects, define best practices, and make architectural decisions.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define API requirements and integration strategies.
Monitor and optimize API performance, reliability, and scalability.
Ensure security, compliance, and documentation of APIs.
Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership.Skills & Expertise:
Strong in REST, GraphQL, and API design patterns.
Expert in Java, Python, JavaScript, and scripting (e.g., GlideScript).
Experience with API gateways, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform), and database integration.
Solid understanding of the SDLC, microservices, and modern architecture.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.Education: At least a bachelor s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, or a closely related field is required for the project
