Duties
- Provide technical support for hardware and software issues, ensuring timely resolution of user inquiries.
- Troubleshoot and resolve problems related to Windows operating systems, applications, and network connectivity.
- Assist users with software installation, configuration, and upgrades.
- Maintain accurate records of support requests using ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or Remedy.
- Collaborate with network teams to address LAN and TCP-related issues.
- Conduct routine maintenance on computers and peripherals to ensure optimal performance.
- Document procedures and solutions for future reference and training purposes.
- Participate in the deployment of new software applications using SCCM.
Skills
- Proficient in troubleshooting Windows operating systems and common software applications.
- Strong understanding of LAN, DNS, TCP/IP networking concepts.
- Experience with technical support roles in a corporate environment.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or Remedy for tracking support requests.
- Ability to diagnose software issues effectively and implement solutions promptly.
