Job Description
- Very proficient (10 years exp) on CRM Business Processes in Service management, Sales and Marketing Automation functionality for CRM Online/Dynamics 365 CRM
- Strong Experience in DCC (Dynamics Client Communication)
- Extremely good understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online/Dynamics 365 product (entities, workflows, and configuration)
- Experience in client-facing role
- Experience of requirements gathering, functional analysis, gap-fit analysis, and review of Gap fit done by other functional experts
- Proficient in converting business requirements into Features/User stories
- Excellent in verbal and written communication, documentation, and presentation skills
- Authoring and maintaining Functional Requirements document, Functional design document, and User Manuals
- Coaching and guiding the development team on requirements and functional aspects
- Functional unit testing of the implemented solution
- Ability to provide end-user training
Education: At least a bachelor s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, or a closely related field is required for the project
