- Technical Skills : 8 years of experience as a Salesforce Analyst and admin role leading enterprise-scale CRM, PRM projects.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce Platform functionality and best practices, with emphasis in Sales Cloud Strong knowledge of Enterprise channel & End customer sales.
- Experience in Sales operations, partner management & enablement preferred. Strong experience in implementation; ability to determine whether requirements are configuration, customization, and/or integrations with external systems
- Hands-on experience on configuration of platform features including user management, profiles, permission sets, role hierarchy, org-wide defaults, sharing rules, territories, custom objects, new page layouts, custom fields, formula fields, validations, workflows rules, email templates, process builder, flows, lightning pages, managed packages, etc.
- Experience with the Salesforce App Exchange and a deep understanding of both this ecosystem as well as native Salesforce capabilities.
- Experience with Agile / Scrum delivery models
- Prior experience in SDLC project management and analysis including scoping / timeline management, documenting use cases, process flows/swim lane diagrams, requirements, user acceptance testing, change management, etc. Working knowledge of process documentation & project management software
- Experience working with large-scale, complex datasets and using salesforce data tools.
- Superior ability to design and implement dashboards on Einstein Analytics/ Tableau CRM preferred and reports to deliver business insight
- Keen understanding of system security and controls Salesforce Administrator Certification (required)Agile SCRUM Master certification
(preferred)Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant Certification (preferred)
Education: At least a bachelor s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, or a closely related field is required for the project
