Job Title: Scala Developer
Location : 100% Onsite. Greenwood Village, CO
Job Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance applications using Scala.
- Implement RESTful APIs and ensure compatibility with various clients.
- Develop and manage Microservices architecture to enhance application modularity and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure optimal performance.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the development process.
Required Skills :
- Proven experience as a Scala Developer.
- Strong knowledge of Scalatra framework.
- Experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Proficient in developing RESTful APIs.
- Significant experience in developing and managing Microservices.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
Required Education : At least a Bachelor s Degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems or closely related field is required.
Necessary Skills : Scala, Scalatra, API, RESTful APIs, NoSQL
