Responsibilities
- Perform clinical tasks, including taking vital signs and recording patient information
- Assist healthcare providers during examinations and treatments
- Prepare treatment rooms for patient examinations
- Administer medications as directed by healthcare providers
- Schedule patient appointments and procedures
- Maintain medical supplies and equipment
- Ensure patient confidentiality and privacy
Skills
- Proficiency in medical terminology
- Knowledge of physiology
- Experience working in clinics, hospitals, urgent care, or emergency medicine settings
- Ability to work with patients across various demographics, including geriatric patients
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 5x8
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Experience:
- EMR systems: 1 year (Preferred)
- Vital signs: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- BLS Certification (Preferred)
- Certified Medical Assistant (Preferred)
Ability to Commute:
