Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Catheterization Lab team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care in a Level I Trauma Center setting, focusing on catheterization procedures and post-procedural care.
Responsibilities
- Perform catheterization lab procedures with precision and attention to detail
- Monitor patients during and after procedures, ensuring their safety and comfort
- Assist in discharge planning and patient education
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide comprehensive care
- Utilize eClinicalWorks for accurate documentation and patient records
- Conduct venipuncture, suture removal, and catheter care as needed
Qualifications
- Valid RN license with experience in catheterization lab procedures
- Proficiency in ventilating patients and managing outpatient care
- Familiarity with eClinicalWorks or similar electronic health record systems
- Strong skills in discharge planning and patient education
- Previous experience in Level I Trauma Center or similar high-acuity setting is preferred
- Nice-to-have skills: Dementia care experience, venipuncture proficiency, and expertise in suture removal
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $62.00 - $69.00 per hour
