Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Home Health team. The ideal candidate will provide compassionate and high-quality healthcare services to patients in the comfort of their homes.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to patients in a home setting
- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patient vital signs and condition, and report any changes to the healthcare team
- Educate patients and their families on disease management and treatment plans
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and records
Experience
- Experience in providing care for patients with infectious diseases
- Proficiency in ICD-10 coding and medical terminology
- Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology
- Ability to perform phlebotomy procedures
- Experience in infant care, including neonatal ventilator support
- Familiarity with long-term care practices
- Ability to lift and transfer patients safely
- Proficient in using medical documentation systems
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $52.39 - $55.28 per hour
Expected hours: 32 per week
