Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities
- Assess and monitor patients' health status, including vital signs and medical history.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Provide care for patients in various settings, including ER and medical-surgical units.
- Perform sterile processing and assist with procedures such as suturing and catheterization.
- Develop and implement individualized discharge planning for patients.
- Educate patients and their families on health management, treatment plans, and recovery processes.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with standards.
Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
- Strong knowledge of physiology and nursing standards.
- Experience in toddler care is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in sterile processing techniques is a plus.
- Ability to perform catheterization and suture procedures effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
