Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse specializing in Medical/Surgical care to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various medical settings and possess a strong skill set to provide exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in Medical/Surgical units
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team
- Assist in surgical procedures and post-operative care
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and self-care techniques
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
Qualifications
- Valid RN license with Medical/Surgical experience
- Proficiency in Athenahealth and Epic systems preferred
- Knowledge of Acute Pain Management and Airway Management
- Familiarity with Esthetic Laser Treatment is a plus
- Experience in Emergency Room (ER) settings beneficial
- Ability to work with individuals with disabilities and provide health coaching
- Previous exposure to Travel Nursing or MDS documentation is advantageous
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $2,000.00 - $2,100.00 per week
