Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional care to patients in critical conditions.
Responsibilities
- Provide specialized nursing care for patients in the ICU
- Monitor and assess patients' conditions, implementing appropriate interventions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Operate and monitor medical equipment used in critical care settings
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and post-discharge care
Skills
- Proficiency in working with patients with disabilities and diverse medical needs
- Experience in ICU, critical care, or similar high-acuity settings
- Knowledge of medical imaging systems and equipment
- Ability to provide specialized care such as infant care, catheter care, and senior care
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Familiarity with operating room (OR) procedures
