Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Travel Nurse to join our team. As a Travel Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in various healthcare settings across different locations, providing care to patients in need. Duties
- Provide direct patient care in a variety of healthcare facilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Educate patients and their families on disease management and treatment plans
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
- Utilize specialized skills such as airway management, sterile processing, and spinal tap procedures
Requirements
- Valid nursing license in the state of practice
- Previous experience in family planning, home care, senior care, and workers compensation law is advantageous
- Proficiency in medical records systems like Epic is preferred
- Strong clinical skills with the ability to adapt to different healthcare settings
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to travel and work in diverse locations
- Ability to provide compassionate and high-quality patient care
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $53.27 - $54.81 per hour
Expected hours: 36 per week
