Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Service Manager with a passion for excellent automotive repair service to lead operate our busy service department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the selection, orientation and training of automotive service technicians, advisors & other support personnel to ensure skilled repair outcomes & an excellent customer experience.
- Assigning and designating job duties to staff according to their performance and skill set.
- Oversee the inspection of vehicles before and after repairs in order to identify incomplete or unfinished service work and maintain a “fixed right the first time” goal.
- Organize manufacturer training programs for auto servicing and repair staff in order to enhance their skills and performance.
- Build and maintain positive work relationship with customers to create a rapport that fosters patronage and generates revenue for an auto shop.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
