Description:
- Tasks that are performed may involve complex documents, spreadsheets, reports, and presentations as well as completion of specialty-specific templates and forms. Principals provide most substance for such materials, but the incumbent will be required to compose relatively common and straightforward correspondence items and to insert standardized elements into specified formats.
Responsibilities:
- Provide effective, timely, and consistently upgraded and improving office services support as directed for assigned unit(s).
- Maintain established work processes and workflow for the office as required by the specialties of the unit(s) served.
- Provide efficient and proficient basic service for principals within the procedures established for the unit(s).
- Provide efficient and proficient backup service for other unit(s) or principals as assigned.
- Provide courteous and effective contact communications for the unit(s) and principals.
- Meet work deadlines within priorities, with minimal issues for principals or superiors.
Qualifications:
- Basic office skills.
- Recent grad from a 2 or 4-year program
- SAP experience and ability to speak to T codes
- Interpersonal relations.
- Use of a wide range of automated office and information technology-based equipment is needed.
- As office equipment technology and software evolve, the incumbent is expected to remain proficient with advances up to the level of service described for this position.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
