ITEK Construction is seeking a Construction Superintendent to join our team in Towson, MD 21286. As a full service commercial construction company established in 1994, we are licensed in over 10 states for Retail and Restaurant construction.
Job Expectations :
- Oversee and manage all aspects of commercial construction projects
- Create and manage punch out lists
- Review and interpret blueprints
- Utilize Procore for project management
- Ensure OSHA 30 compliance on job sites
- Write and manage contracts
- Generate reports for project updates
- Coordinate long-term disability installations
- Manage concrete installation and specifications
- Conduct inspections and cost management
- Work with engineering and electrical teams
- Negotiate with vendors and subcontractors
