Join our incredible team at Item 9 Labs! The Cultivation Packager is responsible for the accurate handling and the sorting, packing, planning, and labeling of outgoing shipments for the Company.

- Maintain laboratory and equipment cleanliness to meet the state and local requirements
- Works with team and Manager to review, and confirm orders are in stock to ship
- Packaging and Labeling Accuracy
- High school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) Preferred
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Must be 21 years of age
- Must stay current and adhere to all policy and regulations of the Arizona Department of Health Services and company policies in the areas he/she operates
- Must pass all needed all background requirements to obtain a state dispensary agent card
- Must not have been convicted of any disqualifying felonies as defined in A.R.S. §36-2801
- Works in a timely manner and strives to increase productivity.
- Knowledge and familiarity with Cannabis
- Familiarity with warehouse procedures
- Excellent computer, mathematic, language, and reasoning skills.
- Basic weights and measurement skills, ability to operate a digital scale.
- Experience in marijuana growing, cultivating, and trimming preferred
