The Inside Sales Coordinator is responsible for communicating effectively with customers, providing outstanding customer service, processing orders, and connecting with manufacturing on a regular basis. The ideal candidate will be a resourceful, results-driven sales professional and an excellent communicator who thrives working in a team environment. The candidate should be highly organized with an ability to prioritize business needs and balance multiple activities.
Essential Responsibilities
· Manage and grow portfolio of existing accounts by developing successful relationships with customers.
· Support customers with regular communications through email and phone.
· Enter orders accurately and promptly.
· Monitor production status of orders to ensure on-time shipments.
· Identify potential issues and identify ways to resolve.
· Complete new customer setup documentation.
· Assist with new part setup into ERP system.
· Partner with external sales and business development teams.
· Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, engineering, and shipping on all customer related activities.
Qualifications & Experience
· Minimum two years successful experience in account management, customer service, or inside sales.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Capability to manage small projects and lead meetings.
- Knowledge of or ability to learn computer software programs, Microsoft Office, and sales-based CRM systems
· Self-motivated, resourceful, and honest.
· Ability to travel when necessary (10%).
