About the Role :
Itero Group is seeking a talented and experienced ServiceNow Program / Project Manager to lead the development and maintenance of START, a robust application built on ServiceNow's platform. This individual will oversee agile teams, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions aligned with evolving market trends and organizational needs.
Location : Rosslyn, VA (Hybrid Role)
Key Responsibilities :
- Stay informed on market trends and advancements in ServiceNow products to guide technology adoption and innovation.
- Collaborate with the PM and Deputy PM to ensure seamless execution of the RPC project.
- Conduct technical feasibility assessments for new application capabilities.
- Build training plans and approaches to enhance software engineering capabilities within the team.
- Serve as the development lead for agile sprints, ensuring applicability and functionality of identified requirements.
- Establish coding best practices, lead code reviews to identify defects and improvements, and maintain high standards of performance, security, and scalability.
- Diagnose and resolve issues in production environments, particularly for newly released code.
- Oversee unit test development, regression testing, and code refactoring efforts.
- Develop estimates, manage schedules, and communicate effectively with partners for new features and releases.
