Job Title: Azure Platform Automation Architect
Location: Pierre, SD
Job Type: Contract
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable, secure, and resilient Azure cloud architectures with a focus on automation.
- Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates.
- Automate deployment, configuration, and management of Azure resources.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to streamline CI/CD pipelines and improve release processes.
- Establish and enforce best practices for cloud governance, security, and compliance.
- Design monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions for cloud infrastructure.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure issues.
- Document architectural designs, automation scripts, and operational procedures.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 8 years of experience in IT infrastructure, cloud architecture, or DevOps.
- 5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services and solutions.
- Strong proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, Bicep, and ARM templates.
- Expertise in scripting and automation using PowerShell, Python, or similar languages.
- Experience with CI/CD tools like Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.
- In-depth knowledge of Azure networking, security, identity, and access management.
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools like Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Pay: Up to $70.05 per hour
