We are seeking a call center representative/ customer service sales respresentative for one of our client based in South charleston , WV
Duties
- Answer incoming calls from customers and assist with inquiries or issues
- Utilize computer systems to access and update customer records
- Communicate effectively with customers to resolve concerns or provide information
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Handle a high volume of calls in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
- Proficiency in English is require
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong computer skills to navigate systems and databases
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a plus
- Prior experience in customer service or a medical office setting is advantageous
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $14.27 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
