This position will be primarily for the Santa Fe NM area, and the contractor will participate in 1 week (Mon-Sun) of call per week covering both Santa Fe and Albuquerque areas.
Description:
Primary functions of the Registered Nurse are to administer skilled nursing care for clients of all ages in their place of residence, coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team, patient/family and referring agency and assume the responsibility for coordination of care.
Skills
- Homecare Homebase Software Experience - Required
- OASIS Experience - Required
- Current state license as a Registered Nurse - Required
- CHPN certification - Preferred
- Proof of current CPR certification - Required
- Current driver's license - Required
- Must have reliable transportation and insurance - Required
- 1-2 years experience as a Registered Nurse in a clinical care setting - Required
- 2 years Home health experience - Required.
Education
- Graduate of an accredited Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma program - Required
- Bachelors of Science in Nursing - Preferred

Pay: $50.00 - $62.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
