We manage permanently outsourced operational activities in specific markets, including new customer installations, upgrades, service calls, dispatch, warehousing and outside plant construction and maintenance projects. Our lines of business include but are not limited to fulfillment, drop buries / underground, fiber to the home (FTTH), maintenance, & construction / OSP.
Our customers include but are not limited to Cox, Charter, Comcast, Altice, AT&T, HARGRAY, & RCN.

Our technicians work with Residential & Commercial Customers to service & install High Speed Data, Phone, Video, Smart Home, & Home Security products & services.

Some important points to know or understand :
- We work in all types of weather including extreme heat, cold, rain, snow, etc.
- We work with heights & in tight spaces including a 28’ extension ladder, crawl spaces, & attics.
- We work on some holidays & Saturdays – We can be somewhat flexible with scheduling / days, but this is a full-time position.
- You will be working in people’s homes & businesses so an ability to pass a drug screen & background are necessary.
- A successful candidate will be responsible, professional, organized, have attention to detail, & an ability to work independently as well as in a team environment with direct supervision.
- We do offer Company vehicles & fuel cards, so a valid driver’s license & an approved MVR are necessary.
