We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Control (QC) Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing routine inspections, and quality checks on raw materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements. You will work closely with productions times to identify and resolve quality issues, maintain accurate records, and support continuous improvement initiatives. The deal candidate will have a strong understanding of quality control processes, excellent attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in fast paced environments.
Responsibilities
- Inspect the work performed by field technicians for accuracy and completion.
- Ensure all installation work is done according to quality standards, including safety.
- Document inspection results according to established pass/fail criteria.
- Grade each job and report all findings to local leadership.
- Conduct thorough inspections of cable assemblies, components, and installations.
- Verify that work complies with industry standards, specifications, and safety regulations.
- Identify any defects, discrepancies, or deviations from quality requirements.
- Identify areas for process improvement and recommend corrective actions.
Requirements
High School diploma or equivalent (Associates degree in a technical field is a plus). Previous experience in quality control or a related field preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
