ROLE : The Area Team Leader oversees our Team Leaders across a large territory designated by location. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency in underground utility detection and mapping operations within the designated area.

Responsibilities
- Oversees all area operations in the assigned market, including supervision of Team Leaders and Locate Technicians to organize and ensure quality of work for all underground locate services.
- Coordinates training resources and tracks damage investigations/audits against established protocols and Company KPI expectations.
- Conduct safety audits, team meetings, and training sessions to reinforce best practices with management team.
- Ensure all reports and documentation are completed accurately and submitted in a timely manner.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team performance and efficiency.
