ROLE :
We are seeking a highly motivated Team Leader / Supervisor for our Utility Locator team. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing a team of Utility Locators, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency in underground utility detection and mapping operations. They will lead by example, promoting best practices in field operations while mentoring and coaching team members to enhance performance and adherence to company standards.

Responsibilities
- Track and Report team attendance.
- Perform quality control inspections.
- Follow and enforce company policies and procedures.
- Perform truck inspections & job site inspections.
- Report vehicle accidents and/or work-related injuries reported by team members.
- Investigate damage claims completely and thoroughly, and report findings to Operations Manager.
- Conduct team meetings.
- Coach, Train, and Support technicians.
- Meet metric performance goals.
- Drive Company vehicle
- Communicate with Supervisors and Customers
- Manage Time Effectively
Requirements

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred)- Valid Driver’s License with an excellent driving history
- Prior experience in underground utility locating or a related field is required
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience is highly desirable
- Experience in territory management
