Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a caseload of 30-40 cases at once, managing all aspects of litigation.
- Draft and argue motions, engage in discovery, and ensure cases progress efficiently.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and other team members to develop case strategies.
- Communicate with clients, insurance adjusters, and opposing counsel effectively.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume practice while maintaining quality.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 2 years of defense experience preferred, but we will consider candidates with 1 year of experience or strong academic backgrounds.
- Skills: Strong understanding of litigation, motions practice, and discovery.
- Mindset: A go-getter attitude and the ability to manage multiple cases at once in a fast-moving environment.
- Work Style: Must be comfortable working in a 100% in-office environment to start, with potential for hybrid flexibility after proving competence.
- Required: Must be licensed to practice law in FL.
