Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of 15-30 cases at a time, balancing both plaintiff and defense work.
- Work on high-profile cases, contributing to the firm's success.
- Handle a mix of practice areas including Personal Injury (PI), Labor & Employment (L&E), Family Law, and Business Litigation.
- Engage in both plaintiff and defense work, focusing on Family Law or Personal Injury experience (ideal, but not required).
- Benefit from a flexible work environment with no billable hour requirements.
- Work 40 hours per week, maintaining a great work-life balance.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in civil litigation (open to all practice areas, but Family Law or PI experience preferred).
- Strong legal research, writing, and oral communication skills.
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload with autonomy.
