The Position
We are seeking a talented Manufacturing Process Engineer to join our team at VMD. As a critical member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing process improvements to enhance product quality and efficiency.
Main Responsibilities:
- Process Design and Development: Design and develop new manufacturing processes to improve product quality and reduce costs.
- Process Optimization: Identify areas for process optimization and implement changes to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Capability Studies: Perform capability studies on processes to ensure they meet requirements.
- SWI and Profiles: Create standard work instructions and quality profiles for manufacturing processes.
- Product Development Support: Assist with product development and ensure quality requirements are met.
- Training and Communication: Assist with quality training and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
