The Job
We are seeking a reliable Reliability Improvement Manager to join our team at VMD. As a key member of our quality team, you will be responsible for driving reliability improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and reduce downtime.
Main Responsibilities:
- Reliability Analysis: Conduct reliability analysis to identify potential failure modes and implement corrective actions.
- Root Cause Analysis: Perform root cause analysis to determine the underlying causes of failures and implement corrective actions.
- Design for Reliability: Collaborate with design engineers to ensure designs are reliable and meet quality requirements.
- Reliability Testing: Develop and execute reliability testing plans to validate product performance.
- Documentation and Training: Document reliability-related information and train employees on reliability best practices.
