Production planning and scheduling.
Materials – not doing the direct planning, but responsible for the planner.
Warehousing and distribution.
Shipping and receiving teams.
Materials and Logistics teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage production planning and scheduling to ensure efficient workflow and timely product delivery.
- Lead and mentor the Materials Planner, ensuring optimal inventory levels and material availability.
- Supervise warehousing and distribution operations to maintain organization and efficiency in storage and movement of goods.
- Direct shipping and receiving teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of incoming and outgoing materials.
- Lead the Materials and Logistics teams to streamline processes, improve supply chain performance, and support overall business objectives.
